The Freeland Regal Bipod stand is the best known stand in the shooting industry. It is made of aluminum castings with a brown wrinkle finish and available with either the saddle head, zoom, or swivel head assembly. The saddle head is adaptable to most any scope, holding it in a clamp ring, while the zoom head is made for scopes with the "boss" mount 1/4" x 20 thread. This stand comes with 3, 1” diameter. x 22" steel rods, a new stabilizer that actively reduces vibrations caused by wind gusts or bumping the stand. This device delivers a fast, accurate, and easy to read wind speed and direction. It uses the Windtronics 2, non-directional wind gauge with level bubble and a precision wind direction indicator. The wind indicator moves but the digital display is stationary allowing you to get all the information you need. Unit comes with a heavy duty protective case. The direction indicator and digital gauge work independent of the base so you can adapt it to fit other stands/bases, all that is required is a 0.45" hole for it to rest into making it very versatile.

The Freeland Rod Vibration Suppressor significantly reduces the amount of time it takes for the rod to return to a steady position. Without an active vibration suppressor the vibrations will continue for 25 seconds or more regardless of the diameter of the rod. With the suppressor the vibrations caused by wind or bumps are reduced in considerably less time then without. Ideal for standing position with large scopes.

The stabilizer works best on stands that can be leveled, such as the Freeland Tripod scope stand where each leg can be adjusted in seconds for a perfectly balanced system. Stock comes complete with trigger guard, recoil lug and action screws. The trigger guard has a flat on the back so you can pinch trigger if you desire. The forend is a bit longer then the Anschutz BR stock for additional balance adjustment if needed. Stock weight is 2 lbs. Any round single shot 54 Action will fit this stock.
