Please read this page before you use On-line Ordering.

SPEED and CONVENIENCE

At first it might take a while to get use to on-line ordering because there is a learning curve for most people.  However, once you get the hang of it, you will find that this is a much faster and much more convenient way to place orders.  To assist you in learning how to use this service please read this page at least once before you try to order.

Introduction


When you are ready to begin to checkout you will automatically be transferred to our (SSL) secured server. All information you enter will be encrypted.  Our shopping cart will not function unless the information is encrypted so you do not need to worry about this at our site. If you do receive a warning message it is most likely due to using frames, the left menu and bottom menu are not encrypted b/c there is no information gathered from these pages thus no reason for encryption. You can go to page without frames if this concerns you

How do I use online ordering?

  1. Look for an To order click here! button like this or a blue "Buy Now" button and click it. 

  2. next if there are options, select the options you would like and click add to order.  If there are no options just click add to order.

  3. Now you have the option to enter the quantity of the item that you wish to order. Enter quantity or leave it at the default value "1"

  4. Important: If you change the quantity be sure you click Update Order before you leave this page. Otherwise it will not be stored in memory and you will have to go back and do it again.

  5. Important: Please note that Shipping charges will be added to the order when it is processed, we will not charge any additional packing or handling fees. What ever it costs us to ship it, that is what it will cost you.   Our web site will give a very close estimate based on UPS rates. You can request USPS parcel post for light weight low cost orders, just request this in the comment field when checking out. 

  6. When you are finished placing your order click Check Out.

  7. Enter the shipping information and credit card number. Be sure to fill in ALL of the fields.

  8. Click submit, and wait for a confirmation page.  The confirmation # will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you provide.  You may want to write down or print the invoice # for reference purposes just in case something were to go wrong.

  9. We will process the order as soon as possible.  Almost all internet orders will be shipped Ground UPS. In some cases if you are ordering something under a pound we might send it through the post office. If you need the package NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd DAY AIR or 3 DAY SELECT you must place your order by phone (800)-821-4867 as this is the only way to be sure that you will be able to get it sent the same day.

  10. If you are ordering from HI or AK, you can request USPS priority mail instead of UPS due to shipping costs.  Please specify in the comment field and we will send it through the post office

Ok, I have one item but, how do I get other items in the shopping cart?

Our secure server keeps track of your order as you browse the web site.  (note, below is just one way of going about this, their are many others ways too)

  1. Once you have clicked the update order button. You can just click one of the side menu categories, and browse through as many pages as you wish.

  2. If you see another item you wish to buy click the To order click here! or "Buy Now" button again and repeat what you did the first time.

  3. From their you can either check out, or continue browsing.

  4. If you don't need anything else and you want to check out, simply click on the check out button in the top of the side menu. Double check everything to make sure its ok and send the order.
