and Eligibility to Purchase
I realize the product(s) I have ordered can be hazardous.
I attest that I am 21 years of age. I agree to and accept these conditions:
1) I am over the age of 21 years old.
2) I am NOT prohibited from owning this product because
of a criminal background, drug use, family violence court orders or other lawful
prohibitions placed upon me.
3) There are no State, County or Municipal laws
prohibiting my purchase or ownership of these product(s).
4) I realize this product can be dangerous and accept
full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of my purchase. I
further agree that I will endeavor to keep this product out of the hands of
persons under the age of 21 years of age unless supervised by a qualified adult
pursuant to local laws and regulations.
5) I acknowledge that discharging firearms in poorly
ventilated areas, improperly cleaning firearms or improperly handling ammunition
may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth
defects, reproductive harm and other serious physical injury. Remember to have
adequate ventilation at all times and wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
By submitting the order, I certify that I have read and agree with these terms.

Shipping Information
Shipping Costs (estimated)
We feel actual shipping costs are the best way to handle shipping charges.
Companies that use estimated shipping charges as their actual charges usually
put their thumb on the scale to make sure their shipping costs are covered thus
costing the customer more then the actual rate. The web site will estimate
shipping costs as close as it can but due to how packages must be wrapped
multiple boxes, insurance and extra packing may be required for a product to get
to the destination. The website is not capable of calculating multiple boxes or
oversize packages or insurance. We will charge what UPS charges us, we do not
have additional packing and handling fees. The actual shipping costs may be
more or less then the estimate due to various reasons. We are providing the
estimate to give you an idea of costs, the actual shipping cost will be charged
on all orders. You will receive an invoice with the actual cost when your
package arrives. If for some reason you need the actual cost before it ships
you will need to place the order over the phone and request an actual shipping
total, when the items get wrapped we can call you with a total. In order to be
able to process packages efficiently we are unable to let you know if there is a
difference between actual shipping costs and estimated cost. If we were to
notify everyone on differences of costs before we ship it would slow order
processing down by days due to having to leave messages, time involved etc..
Shipping Options
On small packages with little value we can ship via USPS Priority mail to
save you some shipping cost, please request this in the comment field of your
order. We try to save customers as much money as we can when and where we can.
High dollar items or larger items must go UPS.
Shipping Restrictions
We can not ship Ammunition, Aerosol containers, solvents or other restricted
items via Air. These items must be shipped ground. Even if you request air on a
restricted item we will not be able to send it Air.
Returns and Echanges
No merchandise shipped as ordered may be returned
without authorization and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based
on a percent of the merchandise price. Returns should be made within 15 days of
the order being received. On items that do not fit properly we have a very
liberal return policy, we will exchange these items and in many cases we will
not charge you shipping the second time assuming the items are returned freight
prepaid and are in new condition. Most people are able to get the correct size
the first time but if not we will do what we can to make sure you have what you
need. We do not accept returns on ammunition due to liability reasons.
Ammunition that was not stored correctly, tampered with or not properly handled
could be dangerous and we do not want our customers to have to worry about this.
Back Orders
We carry a large inventory of every item found in our catalog. However, at times
some items are in short supply due to inability of the manufacturer to deliver.
We will back order only those items that we are reasonably certain we can
deliver within 30 days. In some cases we are at the mercy of our supplier. We
usually call to make sure you still need a back ordered item before we
ship it, you may call up and cancel back ordered items if we have not yet
processed the back order.
